Up to $45/hour (depending on experience).
8 hours shift - rotative every three weeks.

Position overview As a Production Operator at allnex, you will be part of our manufacturing teams who are safely producing our products in an environmentally responsible manner.
You will join us in one of our control rooms and will be driving process improvement through innovation and automation.
This includes but is not limited to charging raw materials to reactors remotely, monitoring key parameters of the chemical process like temperature and pressure.
Successful candidates will be required to work shifts and contribute on a team in a safe work environment.
Responsibilities The safe operation of the unit, compliance with health requirements and protection of the environment Ensuring production of material meets strict Quality standards Working together with other employees to manage the daily running of the production lines Ensure production run is set up in accordance with stablished procedures and processes Preventative measures to assure operating efficiency and equipment integrity Monitoring operations, recording data, and filling out work instructions Work with the supervisor to address issues and report production incidents & emergencies Assist in training junior operators Work with team members and ensure team objectives are met in a safe and efficient manner Ensure accurate information transfer between different shifts.
Required skills and experience Manufacturing experience/industrial background - minimum 1-3 years' experience preferred.
Prior experience running a controls system is preferred.
Shift Work and Weekend Work is required.
Fluent English skills required.
