This is a full-time permanent opportunity working with the underserved population.
- Must be able to practice independently without a collaborating physician.
- Seeking providers with X-waiver or willing to obtain certification.
- 100% outpatient seeing ages 7
and about 20 ppd if they are all follow-up - fewer if they are new patients. - Competitive salary, full benefits, and loan repayment options.
- Open to a 1099 independent contractor with a min of a 1-year contract and no benefits as long as the provider provides their own malpractice insurance.
