General Description:
o Responsible for the development and management of daily work plans as well as assigning and directing contract employees in the construction, operations, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground infrastructure.
Skills Required:
o Petrochemical experience preferred.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project.
o 5-15 years of experience
Duties &
Responsibilities:
o Coordinates activities with engineering disciplines, maintenance, operations, the project manager, and outside contractors.
o Accountable for ensuring that all projects follow Afton's safety procedures and permitting requirements.
o Maintains records of work performed, project charge codes, and hours worked by all construction trades.
o Ensures that all contractors are executing the project per the approved drawings, scope of work, and Afton's specifications.
o Ensures that the construction on projects progresses on time and on budget.
o Plans for and schedules the delivery of materials and labor required by the contractors and updates the project plan via a detailed construction schedule.
o Participates in the negotiating and analysis of all bid packages on a project.
o Develops a strategy for the projects on hand as well as future projects.
o Supports the project manager in scheduling work to be done in the field.
o Monitors construction progress to keep account of construction expenditures and develops construction cost and schedule forecasts.
o Prepares construction progress review updates for inclusion in the project status updates.
o Identify and report any potential deviations in the field to the project manager in a timely fashion.
o Other duties as assigned.
Education/Training/Certifications:
o Technical Degree or 4-Year University degreeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
